What is the most logical and fair minded way for YOU to teach online?
The meaning of sadhana.
Sadhana does not mean any specific kind of activity. Sadhana means you are using everything as a tool to open to the flow of natural experience.
Natural experience opens your connection to understanding and wisdom as it naturally comes and goes in the give and take of the river of life.Sadhguru & T.Y. Pang

A Practice Community of Ohana
Ohana is a Hawaiian term meaning “family”. The term is connected to Māori kōhanga, meaning “nest”. The root word ʻohā refers to the root or corm of the kalo, or taro plant, which Kanaka Maoli consider to be their cosmological ancestor.
What are the requirements?
We are a world of thoughts. Some we accept as true, others we reject as false. Often thoughts we think are true are false, unsound, or misleading, and often thoughts we think are false and trivial are true and significant. We do not see truth naturally. We make up things to fit our preconceived views the world and often shift them to fit our changing feelings. Selfishness and narrow-mindedness are deeply influential in most lives. We distort reality!
We need a process to help us think better. We need to become aware of our thinking if we want to reasonably decide what to accept and what to reject. Critical thinking is that systematic process. Intellectual Virtues, Elements of Thought, and Intellectual Standards make up the path of critical thinking process, orientation, and in the finest cases, a way of living.
- For teachers it provides a shared concept of critical thinking.
- For students it introduces critical thinking and provides strategies for developing one’s own critical thinking.
