Origin of Tai Chi- 16. Open Arms Forming a Mountain (The Fan)

Published by Walker on

Your arms move like the bones of a fan stretching out. Feel your arms across your back.

It is like a mountain lifted, or like lifting up your fan stretched out- energy flowing to the arms. “Forming a mountain” means the energy reaches out to the arms, you are trying to feel the connection.
