Reading:

Feel your arms connected and stretched as are a bird’s wings in angled gliding flight. Feel your whole body balanced and the energy moving in continuity.

Level 1: Paraphrasing- State in your own words the meaning of each sentence.

In this move as you extend your arms feel the connection to your arms, like a bird gliding in the air. You can feel your energy flowing evenly through your body.


Level 2: Explicating-

  1. State the main point.
    • This Tai Chi move helps you to move your energy by stretching your arms.
  2. In other words….
    • When you stretch your arms you can feel the energy flow through your body.
  3. For example…
    • When you practice the Slanted Flying Form you feel like a bird gliding on air.
