On Being Natural- Harmony with Nature
That which is natural is Tao, or the Natural Law. All of our studying is ultimately for the purpose of understanding the Natural Law. We must first understand the Tao, then we can coordinate ourselves with it, we can follow the Tao and harmonize our lives with it.

“Being Natural” means not going against Nature. Being natural means trying to live in harmony with Nature. Return to yourself, feel and experience for yourself.
In order to understand Nature, we must learn about it. Through the practice of Tai Chi Chuan, we learn to understand Nature through inner seeing, inner hearing and inner feeling.
We humans are part of Nature. Through our understanding we are going to live in greater harmony with Nature, not conquer Nature.
Level 1: Paraphrasing- State in your own words the meaning of each sentence.
Everything natural is Tao, which means Natural Law. We know Natural Law by knowing the Tao. Through the Tao, we can emerge our lives with the natural world and flow with it.

“Being Natural” means being in flow with Nature. Being natural means opening to balance in your life with Nature. Know yourself. Love yourself. Accept your thoughts, feeling and emotions.
To know Nature we must study it. Practice Tai Chi to know Nature through inner seeing, hearing and feeling.
We are an just a small ingredient in the mixture of Nature. When we open to our full potential we balance with Nature, instead of thinking we can control Nature.

We are part of Nature and can let go naturally to be in balance with Nature.

It is not natural to try to control Nature. This cause disharmony within us. When we naturally flow with Nature our thoughts and feelings are one with Nature.
