41. Shift weight to left, lift right foot up.
42. Put right foot down, shift weight to right, left hand moves up, right hand moves down; left toes pointing up.
43. Turn waist to right, turn right palm up, left palm facing down.
44. Lift left foot up, right hand moves back.
45. Bend right elbow and left ankle.
46. Left foot down, right elbow moves down, waist turns to the east. Right hand stretches out, left hand on left side.
