37. Shift weight back, release tension in left wrist, turn right foot and right palm.
38. Turn waist to south, shift weight to right, right hand moves back, left foot stepping out.
39. Left foot continues up, right elbow bends.
40. Left foot down, right elbow moves down, waist turns to the east, right hand stretches out.
