31. Left foot continues up, right elbow bends.
32. Left foot down, right elbow moves down, waist turns to the east, right hand stretches out.
33. Left hand moves to left side, release tension in right wrist. Shift weight back. Turn left foot and left palm.
34. Turn your waist to the north, shift weight to the left, left hand moves back, right foot stepping out.
35. Bend left elbow and right ankle.
36. Right foot down, left foot down, waist turns to east, left hand stretches out.
