26. Left foot down, right elbow drops down, waist turns to the east; right
hand stretches out, left hand moves to left side.
27. Shift weight to the left, lift right foot up.
28. Put right foot down, shift weight to right, left hand moves up, right hand down. Left toes point up.
29. Turn waist to the right, turn right palm up, left palm facing down.
30. Lift left foot up, right hand moves back.
