16. Following the waist movement, right hand moves to the left, press thumb against fingers.
17. Shift weight to the right side, turn waist until fingers point downward, watch your right hand. Extend your right arm to the right, lift the left foot.
18. Step out, turn your left arm as you put your left hand out.
19. Shift weight briefly to hand the right, open right hand, turn your toes in slightly, shift your weight to the left, pick right foot up and place it heel own with toes up while bringing your arms toward each other.
