10. Right elbow bends, left hand moves back to make a circle, left palm touches right wrist.
11. Waist turns to right, extend your arms.
12. Seperate your hands.
13. Sit back on left side, fold your arms back, elbows down, hands are about shoulder width apart.
14. Push forward, extend your arms.
15. Release tension in wrists, shift weight to the left side, waist turns to the left, the right foot turns in, right arm turns up, hands move with your waist.
